2011 Cops for Cancer Tour de North: Day 6 Photos

The Cops for Cancer Tour de North is a 7 day, 800 km bicycle ride across northern British Columbia. This is the 10th year for Tour de North and for the first time we will be biking on a North to South route. The ride departs from Fort St John on September 9th, 2011, with stops in Dawson Creek, Chetwynd, Azouzetta, MacKenzie, Prince George, and Quesnel, before arriving in Williams Lake on September 15th. The ride is made up of 20 employees of the RCMP, 2 paramedics from BC Ambulance Service, a reporter from 94X/97-The Wolf, and one civilian rider, as well as a couple of truckloads of support crew - all particpants being from the North. The purpose of the ride is to raise funds which go towards pediatric cancer research, providing support for families of children with cancer, and for Camp Goodtimes.
